When I saw the shots Robert took in a secluted place somewhere accross the ocean, I immediately understood that there was no place to show those images but nature itself. The scale of “suspiros” demands a set with rare size and geometry, and I felt that marbles quarries in the North of Tuscany would be the perfect site for a monumental multi-projection.
Quarries above the Versilia coast are facing West and summer extended sunset is the ideal moment to create an awesome cross-fade and bring visitors into an immersive unique experience.
